We stand by the quality of our landscaping services, including softscaping, hardscaping, and repair services. Our warranty coverage is designed to give you peace of mind and ensure your satisfaction.

Hardscaping Warranty:

- Labor Warranty: All hardscape installations come with a comprehensive 3-year labor warranty. This covers any issues related to heaping, heaving, or sinking as described in our Workmanship Labor Warranty.

- Product Warranty: All paver and wall block products are covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for additional details.

- Additional Elements:Drainage elements, porch/deck screens, polymeric sand, mortar joints, and stone steppers are warranted for a period of 6 months..

Repair Services Warranty:

- Repair Warranty:Our repair services are covered by a 3-month warranty, ensuring the quality and durability of the repairs performed.

Exclusions:

- Efflorescence is not covered by either DF or manufacturer warranties.

- Damage caused by acts of nature, such as storms or natural disasters, is not covered.

- Natural irregularities, such as the settling, shifting, or cracking of stone steppers over time, are not warranted.

- Damage resulting from construction or utility work around the home is not covered.

- Plant damage due to improper care, lack of maintenance, or environmental conditions is excluded.

• Our Warranty on plants and trees is valid for one year from date of installation. This warranty is only valid on plants purchased from DF Landscaping Inc.
• Warranty does not cover plants purchased elsewhere and installed by DF Landscaping Inc..
• Warranty is void if client is responsible for negligence and improper care of plant, including lack of proper watering and feeding, etc.
• Original sales receipt and dead plant must be presented in order for the credit to be issued.
• Delivery and/or installation charges will not be refunded, and cash refunds will not be given.
• We do not accept plant returns due to damage from deer, rabbits, squirrels, groundhogs, or any other animals.
• Warranty does not cover acts of nature, such as damage from a storm or natural disaster.
• Warranty also does not cover damage due to construction or utility work around the home.

• Notification: For this guarantee to be effective, you must notify us of any failure as soon as you become aware of it. We are not responsible for repairing additional damage due to defective conditions not timely corrected.
• Color Match: If products need to be replaced, we cannot guarantee a color match.
• Unauthorized Changes: This guarantee will be void if changes are made to the paver products or their installation by anyone other than DF Landscaping Inc.
• Normal Maintenance: This guarantee does not cover normal maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sealing, interlock repair, asphalt repair, weed removal, and turf grooming, or changes in landscaping or vegetation growth.
• Contract Agreement: This warranty takes effect if customers agree to pay the full price under the terms of a Contract Agreement with DF Landscaping Inc.
• Payment Terms: This guarantee will be void if you do not pay in full under the terms of your Contract Agreement with DF Landscaping Inc. upon the completion of the work.
• Coverage: This guarantee does not cover damage due to causes other than defects in the products or installation.
